Role Responsibilities The Administrator will: Respond to enquiries via Live Chat, email, text and phone with professionalism and efficiency Processing BACs payments Ensure emails reach the correct department Data entry - updating the computer system Manage administrative tasks Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will: Proven record of using initiative to work independently and as part of a team Administration experience A good general knowledge and all round IT literacy, previous use of Microsoft Office is an advantage, especially Excel An ability to prioritise workload, problem solve and perform effectively during busy periods Confident and polite telephone manner.
