What you’ll be doing
* Deliver Building Surveying and project management commissions from inception through completion.
* Take ownership of client relationships — building trust and securing repeat work.
* Lead on a mix of project work and professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and defect analysis.
* Mentor graduate and APC-level surveyors, helping shape their technical and professional development.
* Contribute to business development through networking, proposals, and cross-discipline collaboration.
What you’ll bring
* Experience within Building Surveying, ideally in a consultancy environment.
* Strong technical knowledge across both professional and project work.
* MRICS (or working towards it) with ambition to progress to Associate level.
* Confident communication skills and an ability to lead conversations with clients.
* A proactive approach and enthusiasm to take ownership of your career development.
