Vacancy: Temporary QHSE Manager (Maternity Cover) – UK Operations
Location: Prime Four, Kingswells, Aberdeen, UK
Duration: 12 months (Maternity Cover)

Odfjell Technology is seeking a forward-leaning QHSE Manager to join our UK Operations team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive safety and quality initiatives across our offshore operations, onshore workshop, warehouse, and office.
What You’ll Bring

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and improve QHSE processes in line with company, client, and regulatory requirements
* Lead a team of QHSE professionals
* Conduct audits, investigations, and management visits on- and offshore
* Facilitate risk assessments, support tenders, and ensure emergency preparedness
* Represent Odfjell Technology in client, authority, and industry forums
* Monitor compliance with legal requirements, ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications, and internal systems
Qualifications
* Higher education in maritime/technical/QHSSE or equivalent practical experience
* Proven QHSE management experience in the oil & gas industry
* Knowledge of industry standards and shelf regulations
* Lead auditor and investigation leader competence
* Offshore training and certifications
* Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
