We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Parts Sales Advisor to promote and sell parts and services to customers. You’ll assist with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining an organised parts department. Agricultural knowledge is preferred but not essential — full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell and promote parts/services to internal and external customers
* Maintain displays and assist with marketing campaigns
* Support parts inventory, invoicing, and admin tasks
* Keep work areas clean and well-organised
* Act as a positive ambassador for Ripon Farm Services and John Deere
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to use specialist dealer and internal systems
* Flexibility to meet seasonal business demands
* A driving licence may be required
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, with weekend work as part of a rota. Must be flexible to support seasonal demands.
