Duties of the Supporting Sales Advisor role will include: Providing support to Sales Advisors across multiple developments in locations across Central Scotland. Assisting with new development launches and events and providing double or holiday cover as required. Providing administrative support. Hosting show home visits and ensuring excellent presentation of developments. Providing outstanding customer service. Recording daily activity in Salesforce CRM to record activity and assist in sales progression. Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders. Completing ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager. Desired Attributes: A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Outstanding people skills and confidence. Excellent written and verbal communication. Positive and self-motivated. Resilient and organised. Good attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Confident in use of Microsoft packages. No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial.
