About the role
As our Training Coordinator, you’ll make sure colleagues on site are trained effectively and legally compliant to perform their roles. You’ll manage training administration, develop documentation and processes, and deliver some training sessions. This role is key to keeping our site safe, skilled and ready for success. You’ll need to work within policies and processes, adapt to change and build strong relationships across the site and with external providers.

What will you be doing?
* Organise and manage all on-site training courses, including scheduling, communications, attendance and LMS record-keeping
* Oversee onboarding for new starters and support smooth transitions for role changes or transfers
* Maintain accurate training records and monitor compliance with training schedules
* Act as the main point of contact for training queries and coordinate resources and equipment
* Support the L&D Manager in creating and maintaining the site training plan and matrices

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
* Experience in training coordination or delivery in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
* Confidence in building relationships at all levels
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel is essential)
* CIPD Level 3 or manufacturing experience would be great, but not essential
