Teaching Assistant (Bank)
Prospero Teaching is proud to be working with a ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated SEN School located in the Wimborne area. We are currently seeking Bank Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team and provide flexible support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism and Complex Needs.

Staff work collaboratively to ensure pupils receive the best care and education possible, promoting independence, life skills, and confidence through a holistic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide academic and care support for pupils with Autism and Complex Needs.
2. Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans.
3. Support pupils in classroom and enrichment activities.
4. Uphold school policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
5. Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Experience, Training and Qualifications:
15. GCSEs or equivalent
16. Minimum 1 year working with children
17. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Eligibility:
18. Hold Right to Work in the UK
19. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
20. Provide two professional child related references
