About the Role
We are looking to recruit an ambitious Personal Tax Senior Manager to join our expanding Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fulfilling role with excellent prospects. You will be joining our Birmingham office and will have a role that enables you to progress your tax career with a leading employer, serving a wide range of clients. As a key member of the team, you’ll influence the development of the practice and have People Management and Business Development responsibilities. Working closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT), you’ll support the growth of our portfolio of tax clients and expand and develop the team.
Day To Day Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the tax team, including recruiting team members and coaching staff to reach their potential
* Build strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients and ensure continued delivery of a quality trusted-advisor service
* Develop and maintain a network of local contacts to aid business development
About You
* Appropriately qualified with experience of working within a tax environment
* Strong business developer who is keen to build contacts and network within the local business community
* Great people manager who enjoys developing and coaching their team
* Highly commercial with the drive to contribute towards Bishop Fleming’s growth
