Purpose of the Role
The PrecisionFacilities Supervisor leads a dedicated team to deliver high-standard deepcleaning services across campus buildings. This role complements routinehousekeeping operations and focuses on maintaining a consistently clean,hygienic, and well-presented environment. Key to the role is exceptionalattention to detail, efficiency, and minimal disruption to building users.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team of Precision Facilities Operatives to deliver scheduled deep cleaning services.
* Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards across all designated areas, including floors, washrooms, corridors, stairwells, lifts, and sports facilities.
* Manage daily operations, prioritising tasks and adapting to changes to maintain service quality.
* Monitor and enforce health & safety procedures and correct use of equipment and chemicals.
* Support training and continuous development within the team to uphold service standards.
