Overview
The opportunity for a Product Manager to join Castle Trust Bank, a fintech challenger bank offering specialist property mortgages, retail finance lending and savings accounts. You will be part of the Technology function, owning the product planning and execution of technology change throughout the product lifecycle within our point-of-sale retail finance business, Omni Capital. This includes gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will help customers develop breakthrough FinTech features and act as the conduit between the business line and technology teams to inform and guide product and feature development.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that an appropriate product strategy and roadmap is in place to guarantee the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Responsibilities
* Own the product planning and execution of technology change throughout the product lifecycle within Omni Capital.
* Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work with engineering, sales, marketing and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
* Help customers develop breakthrough FinTech features and create compelling proposals based on the latest technology.
* Act as the conduit between the business line and technology team; collaborate with research, design, data, engineering and the wider product discipline to inform and guide product and feature development.
* Ensure an appropriate product strategy and roadmap is in place to align with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experienced Product Manager with understanding of the consumer credit/retail finance intermediary market.
* Experience in payments environments (credit cards, innovative payment channels, wholesale and retail payments, instant payments) or retail finance products (e.g., Buy Now Pay Later) is highly advantageous.
* Ability to facilitate cross-functional working groups to model business scenarios and operational processes in large, complex change initiatives.
* Good understanding of financial services products, providers, and the regulatory framework and requirements.
* Effective communication and ability to engage and influence at all levels; strong analysis, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; autonomous and collaborative work style.
