Change Manager Location: Cheltenham (UK) Hybrid Role Overview: Involved in all aspects of business life cycle you will shape and deliver change management interventions across one or more area of the Zenith transformation program within one or more business areas, from stakeholder analysis though to adoption measures aligned with STS IS change management principles. You will also be part of establishing a strong change capability, improving STS IS ability to plan, design & implement change in the future. Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on: Apply a structured methodology to execute change management activities for our transformational projects, aligned to Steam IS Change Framework. Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the transformational projects and initiatives, including but not exclusive to: o Preparation of stakeholder and audience analysis including refinement or creation of personas o Facilitation change management sessions with the business to identify change management requirements and execute change impact assessments o Plan, manage and monitor the implementation of changes including training and communication plans in close collaboration with talent management and communication teams o Execution of business readiness assessments ensuring the business is in a place to adopt change o Support the identification and design of adoption metrics to ensure the change is successfully embedded.
