Ready to play a key role in a busy, people-focused HR team? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Service Coordinator to help power our HR Shared Services function. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract, based at our Hoddesdon office.
About our role
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing confident, friendly, and solution-focused support
Managing HR transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to great service
Maintaining high-quality employee data and ensuring our processes run smoothly
Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement across the team
About you
Strong administrative and customer service skills
Solid experience with Microsoft Office and HR/people databases
A sharp eye for detail and a flexible, team-oriented approach
Previous HR administration experience or CIPD qualification (desirable, not essential)
