Vehicle Health Advisor

LOCATION: Huddersfield

DEPARTMENT: Service

Are you a confident, friendly person with excellent communication and promotion skills? Do you enjoy variety in your work, building trust with customers, and helping them make informed decisions about maintaining their vehicle to a safe and legal standard? If so, this could be the role for you.

As a Vehicle Health Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers regarding their vehicle's condition. You'll use your knowledge and influential communication skills to clearly explain findings from health checks, helping customers understand their options and guiding them towards the best solutions. Your role is goal-orientated, supporting both the customer's needs and the wider success of the Aftersales Team.

This is a dynamic and active role where you'll manage a variety of tasks, from reviewing health check results and liaising with Technicians and Service Advisors, to following up with customers and ensuring all procedures are consistently applied. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to balance efficiency with a considerate approach to customer care.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Goal-orientated and driven, with a focus on achieving results for both customers and the business
* Considerate and supportive, able to build trust and work collaboratively with customers and colleagues
* Influential, with strong communication skills to clearly explain information and guide customer decisions
* Analytical and good with detail, ensuring accuracy when reviewing and presenting information
* Enjoys variety and staying active in a dynamic environment
* Reliable and consistent, always following procedure to maintain high standards
* Enjoys supporting others, contributing positively to the team's success

Previous retail motor industry experience in a similar role would be of benefit. A full driving licence is essential.
