This role is key in ensuring our Dynamics environment supports business agility, enables growth and delivers seamless user experiences that are underpinned by thoughtful architecture, strong governance and a collaborative mindset. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Architect and design end to end D365 solutions across key business functions, ensuring performance, scalability and maintainability. Lead the technical direction of the Dynamics Environment, defining standards, best practices and governance. Act as a subject matter expert for D365, providing architectural oversight and mentoring team members Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Operations, Intelligence and other departments to understand requirements and translate them into robust system solutions. Contribute to and influence the strategic roadmap for the dynamics environment, identifying future needs, system enhancements and integration opportunities. Oversee the design and implementation of system integrations, data flows, and automation across the Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform and Azure. Guide and Support a small team of consultants and developers promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure system documentation, change control and release management processes are well established and followed. Monitor industry trends and innovations in Dynamics 365 to proactively bring forward ideas and improvements. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Extensive experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across modules and business areas in both CRM and F&O Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure integrations and the Microsoft technology stack. Leadership capabilities, mentoring or leading a technical team. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with a passion for aligning technology with business goals Comfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities. Experience within IT services, MSP’s or complex business environments Familiarity with DevOps practices, solution lifecycle management and agile delivery methodologies.
