About the role: Physics Teacher
We are expanding our GCSE, A-Level, and T-Level provisions in our Surrey campuses, and are looking to recruit a new Physics Teacher to join the team at Guildford College.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate teacher committed to helping students unlock their potential. Responsibilities include developing the Physics curriculum, participating in meetings and events, and supporting extracurricular activities.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 28 hours per week (0.76 FTE). You may be eligible for an additional payment of up to £6000 through the Targeted Retention Incentive scheme for teachers in their first 5 years of teaching in Further Education.
Requirements for success:
* Role model attributes and a genuine interest in working with young people.
* Previous teaching experience or qualification is advantageous but not mandatory; training and support will be provided.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
