We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Campaign and Events Marketer to join our marketing team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
* Joining a passionate, unique team within Bryt Energy where marketing meets sustainability and drives the company’s purpose.
* Reporting into the Marketing Manager and working with subject matter experts across the business to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix that successfully drive brand awareness, purchase, penetration and retention of products and services to target audiences.
* Managing events plans across multiple target sectors to initiate and organize key brand awareness and lead gen opportunities with our networks. Coordinate implementation of any Bryt Energy speaker opportunities, events/webinars/podcasts etc.
* Be first contact for all sales and events projects to ensure brand and customer journey is consistent.
* Producing live and up to date plans for key events and campaign marketing projects (short- and long-term) to cover all key USPs/ product launches/marketing/ campaigns in various media styles (images, videos, stats, gifs etc.)
* Managing sales and lead gen projects across all departments in Bryt Energy, within the marketing team and with any external agencies. Communicate across all stakeholders to achieve maximum engagement.
* Working with the Sales and Customer Service teams to develop engagement and communications plans to support key sales/partners activities and timescales.
* Managing agencies to produce any complementary visuals/media in line with plan, all to brand guidelines and tone of voice specific to target audience.
* Coordinating all Bryt Energy (and Statkraft) internal and external branded collateral to ensure it is on brand, with the correct tone of voice, and up to date, to ensure Bryt Energy’s unique culture always comes across
* Managing ‘contacts’ in Marketing database to ensure all lead source and activity from brand/lead generation activities are logged on our CRM to be able to measure effectiveness.
* Managing distribution of brand/lead generation campaigns through nurture emails and aligning with database.
* Deliver engaging written content from the multichannel marketing plan for the zero carbon, 100% renewable electricity* supply company.
* Creating engaging customer communications using Bryt Energy’s tone of voice to win, grow and retain customers.
* Supporting internal employee engagement initiatives to drive the culture and sustainability of the business.
* Coordinating implementation of survey/review platforms and customer experience activities with Operations to manage our reputation score and campaigns to promote this externally.
* Defining targets for all brand/lead generation campaigns to measure and analyse effectiveness against a set budget.
* Producing monthly brand and campaign reports for the management team and KPI pack, including activity, stats, trends and insight.
* Liaising and engaging with key stakeholders, external agencies, suppliers, partners and customers as required.
* Investigating any new value-add brand and campaign marketing media or channels that could successfully support delivery against business objectives.
* Working with relevant internal stakeholders to maintain customer and market contact data in line with GDPR requirements and any other regulatory requirements such as the ASA/CMA green code.
* Continuously identify, develop and document processes, collateral and reports that will benefit the team and company.

Education and Training:
* Previous experience within a marketing role
* Conversant with marketing/creative processes and production tools and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications e.g., PowerPoint
* Experience or an interest in renewable energy and sustainability desirable.
* Qualifications in Marketing/CIM desirable
Abilities and Skills:
* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing best practice and trends
* Understanding of effective Marketing Communications
* Ability to take ownership and be accountable for their own work.
* Great communication skills, and very capable of working within a fast-paced agile environment.
* Self-starter, able to work to tight deadlines, managing multiple projects whilst being focused on key objectives.
* Ability to relate to people at all levels/backgrounds and develop and maintain effective and credible working relationships.
