Do you have a knack for leading teams and driving customer engagement? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Engagement Manager to join their growing team in Dartford.
You will lead a team of enthusiastic Customer Engagement Officers, ensuring high-quality interactions with customers and supporting field-based advisors. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving the goals and making a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of a 15-20-member team, ensuring performance targets are met consistently.
2. Collaborate with Team Leaders to maintain an energised environment focused on excellence.
3. Recruit and support the development of Customer Engagement Officers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Oversee customer engagement services within budget, ensuring key performance indicators are achieved.
5. Maintain data integrity and GDPR compliance while managing customer records.
What We're Looking For:
6. Proven experience in customer service positions
7. Proven experience managing a team of around 20 team members
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to analyse performance data, KPIs and make actionable recommendations
10. A passion for sustainability and promoting efficiency.
