Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and managing kitchen staff. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, ordering supplies, and coordinating with front-of-house staff. This position requires excellent culinary skills, leadership, and organizational abilities.

* Excellent culinary skills including menu creation, food preparation, and presentation
* Leadership abilities to manage and motivate kitchen staff
* Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Inventory management and supply ordering skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
* Prior experience as a head chef or in a similar role is highly desirable
