We are recruiting Production Operatives in Coventry, CV3.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm-12:15am & Friday, 12:30pm-5pm
Pay Rate: £12.95 per hour (Shift Allowance)
Key Responsibilities:
* Using hand and power tools to fit parts and assemble automotive products
* Working on a production line to ensure efficient and consistent output
* Following instructions and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
* Reporting any faults or issues with parts or equipment
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred
* Confidence using hand tools and working in a fast-paced environment
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Physically fit and comfortable withstanding for long periods
