Responsibilities

The successful candidate will also ensure the smooth progress of property transactions and maintain effective client relationships.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in property law, contract law, and conveyancing
* Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, title investigations, and negotiating contractual terms
* Excellent research, critical thinking, and analytical skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in advising clients
* Proficiency in time management, attention to detail, and handling multiple cases simultaneously
* Familiarity with relevant legal software and digital tools
* Qualified Solicitor with an active practicing certificate in the United Kingdom
* Experience in property law or related legal roles is highly desirable
