Overview

Do you want to make a real difference to the life chances of students and the communities we serve? We are looking for a Behaviour Support Coach to join our forward-thinking team. Experience is preferred, but training can be offered for the right candidate.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Behaviour Support Coach who will enjoy working in a school that values and delivers excellent professional development. The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students through their involvement with pastoral support and have a firm belief in the potential of all students.


Responsibilities

* Inspire students through involvement with pastoral support and promote wellbeing.
* Contribute to a strong pastoral system to underpin academic performance.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents, governors and the local community.
* Support the broader life chances and development of students, helping them contribute to society with kindness and confidence.


Person specification / Qualifications

* Believes that every student, regardless of their background or need, can make outstanding progress.
* Is caring and has the drive and passion to develop strong relationships and wellbeing with staff, students, parents, governors and the local community.
* Displays dynamism and determination.
