Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Care - Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining personal hygiene.
2. Medication Management - Administering or assisting with medication according to care plans and policies.
3. Mobility Support - Helping residents move around safely, including transferring them from bed to wheelchair, or assisting with walking.
4. Meal Assistance and Feeding - assisting with eating, assisting with hydration and ensuring proper nutrition.
5. Household Tasks - Performing light housekeeping duties like laundry, cleaning, and tidying.
6. Companionship - Providing social interaction, emotional support, and a listening ear.
7. Monitoring Health: Observing and reporting any changes in a residents physical or mental health to relevant colleagues and healthcare professionals.
