Hours: 37 per week (Mon–Fri, between 8am and 5.15pm)
Salary - £29,631 per annum
About the Role
Are you someone who thrives on helping others and making a real difference? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Services Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
As the first point of contact for our residents, you’ll handle a wide range of queries across multiple channels – including phone, email, live chat, and social media. You’ll provide clear, timely, and supportive responses that ensure every customer feels heard and valued.
Key responsibilities
Delivering excellent customer service across all contact channels
Resolving queries efficiently and handling complaints with confidence
Encouraging use of digital services and tenant self-service tools
Collaborating with colleagues and contractors to provide joined-up support
Keeping your knowledge up to date through continuous learning
Ensuring responses meet quality standards and KPIs (e.g. low call abandonment rates, 1-day digital response time)Qualifications and Experience Required
Experience in customer service or contact centre settings
Strong communication and people skills across all platforms
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
Capable of tailoring responses to suit a wide range of customers
