Technical Officer needed in North London Paying £19.46 per hr ref 5274894 Full time hours on a temporarybasis Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives beyond core responsibilities. Conduct site visits, inspections, sampling, and investigations across commercial and residential properties, including areas with limited access. Support statutory and procedural actions, including preparing documentation for legal processes and attending court as a witness when required. Perform administrative tasks such as client communication, record management, and correspondence using both manual and electronic systems. Use a range of software tools to create reports, spreadsheets, and conduct online research. Operate and maintain technical equipment both in the office and in the field. Uphold organisational standards in customer service, data protection, health and safety, and equality. Carry out additional duties aligned with the roles level of responsibility, including occasional out-of-hours work.
