Reference: 4e345b32 Female Personal Assistant required to support a young lady in the Chester-le-Street area who has Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.Rate of Pay - £13:00 per hourHours – 104hrs to be used flexibly over 4 weeksand 1 x 24/48 hr overnight (times and days to be negotiated) PA will be required to help the lady with the following:Accessing the community and actives of interest ( including college) Art, animals, music etcGraded exposure in the community and building confidence using planning and social storiesIndependent living skillsAdministering Medication and ordering medicationSupport with family appointments Graded exposure training will be provided by Occupational Therapist.Essential – Experience and understanding of Autism, Learning Disabilities and mental health conditions. Long term position Driving Licence and access to a car.A DBS will be required, employer will cover the cost.
