Nursery Room Leader - Up to £30,500 This is an Ofsted Outstanding nursery with well-resourced rooms and outdoor spaces that are used as part of the day, not just as an add-on. As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll take ownership of your room, balancing hands-on practice with leading staff, maintaining standards, and keeping the day running smoothly. Before You Apply Experience as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or Senior Practitioner in an Early Years setting is required. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) is essential. This role is not suitable for candidates without room-level leadership experience.
