Overview

Administrator, Additional Learning Support Team – Location: Camborne. Part Time (30 hours per week / 52 weeks per year) Support Contract. Closing Date: 12 October 2025. Interview Date: TBC.

Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking for an experienced Administrator with knowledge of Special Educational Needs & Disabilities to provide efficient and effective customer service for the Additional Learning Support (ALS) team, acting as the first point of contact between the ALS team, stakeholders and external parties.

The role involves delivering administrative support to enable the ongoing operational duties of the ALS team and to provide quick access to Learning support information. The purpose of our provision is to develop independent, confident, and resilient learners who are well-prepared to engage with the wider community, in line with our College Values.


Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the ALS team and assist with day-to-day duties.
* Act as the first point of contact between the ALS team, stakeholders and external parties.
* Assist in delivering efficient customer service and access to Learning support information.


Qualifications & Skills

* Experience in a similar administrative role with a commitment to inclusive learning.
* Willingness to gain an understanding of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Sensitive and caring approach to learners and trainees.
* Literacy and numeracy qualifications, or willingness to work towards Level 2 (we will provide and fund your qualification(s)).

Hours of Work

This role is on a full-time basis; 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
