* Own the social vision across TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube
* Build repeatable formats that translate live content into platform‑native hits
* Create standalone social IP that lives beyond broadcast
* Lead relationships with TikTok, Meta, X, and YouTube
* Drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue
* Collaborate with producers, presenters, and commercial teams
* Shape social‑first advertiser campaigns and report performance at senior level

* 3+ years in a senior social role (platform, agency, or creator economy)
* Experience working directly with platform partner teams
* Proven track record of scaling organic growth
* Strong creative judgement and writing ability
* Experience delivering brand‑funded or sponsored social campaigns
* Data‑driven mindset with sharp cultural awareness
