Field Sales Executive

The Role:
At Your Local, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier window cleaning services right to our customers' doors. As a Field Sales Executive, you'll meet potential residential and commercial customers, explain the value of our services, and help them through the sign-up process. You'll ensure every customer is satisfied and has a seamless experience with Your Local.
You'll have the flexibility to work solo or partner with a buddy to share a company car and travel to designated areas together. Whichever option, we'll provide you with a smart and comfortable uniform to ensure you're ready for the day.
About You:
* Sales experience is a plus, but not essential—we provide full training.
* You have excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with potential customers.
* You're a self-starter, motivated, proactive, and great at managing your time.
* Familiarity with the window cleaning industry is a bonus, but we'll teach you everything you need to know
An example of a day in the life of a Field Sales Executive at Your Local:
* 9:00 AM: Meet your buddy (if you choose to work as a pair) or head out solo in a company car to your assigned area.
* 10:00 AM: Start knocking on doors, introducing potential customers to Your Local's services, and guiding them through the sign-up process.
* 12:30 PM: Take a break for lunch—either with your buddy or on your own.
* 1:00 PM: Back on the road to connect with more potential customers and showcase the value of our window cleaning services.
* 4:30 PM: Wrap up the day by checking in with your Regional Director and completing any callbacks from the day.
* 6:00 PM: Finish the day knowing you've earned toward your OTE while enjoying flexibility and a supportive environment.
