Overview
We are hiring: Experienced Nurses for Care Homes in Guernsey. Location: Guernsey. Contract Type: Interim – 6 months (with potential extension). Hours: Full-time (37–40 hours per week). Salary: Competitive, based on experience. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to work in care homes in Guernsey on a 6-month interim contract. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality care, supporting residents and making a real difference in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
* Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents
* Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as required
* Monitor and assess residents’ health, responding promptly to changes
* Work closely with care staff, healthcare professionals, and families
* Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (UK NMC registration required)
* Previous experience in care homes is desirable
* Strong clinical judgement, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to adapt quickly in a care home environment
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle in UK is an advantage
