We’re looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor
I’m working with a highly respected regional law firm with a strong local reputation and a Legal 500-recognised Commercial Property team. They’re seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Kettering office.

You’ll handle your own caseload from day one while benefiting from the guidance of experienced Partners and a collaborative cross-county team. The firm invests heavily in professional development and offers a clear path for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload including:
Commercial leases and freehold transactions
Development and agricultural land
Acting for SIPPs/SASs, corporates, and individuals
Advising on lender requirements, option and promotion agreements, and overage matters
Maintain regular client contact and deliver clear, practical advice.
Draft and negotiate legal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices, contributing to shared team success.
Engage in business development with marketing support from a dedicated in-house team.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE) with solid knowledge of commercial property law.
Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines confidently.
Collaborative team player with a strong client-care ethic.
Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to business development. Desirable:
Previous experience in a Legal 500-recognised environment.
Experience working with corporate or agricultural property clients.
Interest in mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.
