As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom
* Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
* Provide 1:1 and small group academic support
* Support students with varying learning needs and abilities
* Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment
* Gain valuable experience in behaviour management and lesson deliveryWhat We're Looking For:
A degree (2:1 or above preferred, all subjects considered)
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, patient, and positive attitude
* Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)To be eligible you must:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service OR be willing to apply for a new one
