Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at our client firms, focusing on specific delegated products across EMEA. Ideal candidates will have a background in Credit, FX or Equities, and demonstrate strong knowledge of interdealer broker markets.
Key responsibilities:
Gather and objectively report client feedback (through agreed channels) on products and services, with particular attention to growth opportunities and white space areas
Collaborate with Senior Managing Directors to agree on client targets, arrange and attend senior level client meeting and document action points
Lead regular review meetings with traders, ensuring all feedback is promptly logged into SalesForce
Gather and communicate client feedback for new product initiatives. Participate in working groups to ensure products and platforms are in line with client needs; and help clients connect to our platforms
Partner with divisional SMD’s, IT and Marketing when launching product launches/campaigns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and contact information in SalesForce, including any changes in roles and structures
Track competitor activity and market share for designated products, escalating key issues to senior management
Analyse Management Information to identify market/client gaps; propose action plans and timelines for business/technology growth initiatives
Assist Senior Management with internal/external presentations and work on participate in specific regional and global projects as required
Experience / Competences
Strong understanding of financial markets and the interdealer broking environment, including client base, trading venues and technology platforms
Direct experience operating in financial markets, preferably in a trading floor environment
Solid, demonstrable client facing experience, ideally with an existing network of institutional clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to engage confidently at all organisational levels
Strong stakeholder management and networking abilities
Adaptability to different audiences and situations
Analytical thinker able to identify, assess, and capitalise on growth opportunities
Highly organised and adept with Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint) and Bloomberg
Self starter with a high level of energy and drive for results
Honest, ethical and aligned to company values
Comfortable seeking out new business opportunities
Pre-existing relationships with EMEA institutional clients
