The Role:
* Achieve annual targets across volume, revenue, and contribution.
* Develop and manage customer business plans and promotional calendars.
* Lead price file accuracy, promotional spend tracking, and JBP delivery.
* Forecast monthly sales by SKU and collaborate with supply chain for inventory planning.
* Communicate customer updates with field teams and align on new listings, promotions, and NPD launches.
* Identify new distribution opportunities and drive growth through data and insights.
The Requirements:
* Extensive sales/account management experience in FMCG (food and drink essential).
* Strong negotiation, commercial, and strategic planning skills.
* Resilient self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and IT proficiency.
* Creative, analytical, and passionate about building brands in the Irish market.
