We’re looking for a passionate and highly organised Creative Director Assistant to support the vision and day to day operations of our creative team at ELLIKER, a fast growing outdoor lifestyle brand blending function, style, and sustainability.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work side by side with our Creative Director to help bring ideas to life, from initial concept through to final product. Whether it's supporting the design of technical outerwear, assisting on photoshoots, or coordinating the development of accessories, you’ll be involved at every step of the creative process.

Assist in the development of seasonal outdoor clothing and accessories collections, from concept through to final sample realisation.
Support trend analysis, competitor research, fabric & material research and colour theory.
Assist in creating and updating CADs, tech packs and spec sheets for new designs and product updates.
Product assets creation, including logo application design, hardware design, packaging and label creation.
Opportunity to travel to China for development trips.
Creative & Marketing
Assist in preparing clothing and accessories for studio and outdoor photoshoots, including sample preparation and styling.
Assist during studio and outdoor photoshoots and community events.
Assist in event planning, from concept through to final event realisation.
Writing product photography instructions and checking instructions have been followed.
Support with product photography filing, re-naming, descriptions and e-commerce merchandising.
Opportunity to attend seasonal trade shows.
Website design updates.
Help manage the design calendar, critical path, and sample deadlines.

Microsoft suite
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
Proven experience, 0-3 years in fashion design, preferably in outdoor or activewear.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for outdoor activities and an understanding of the needs of outdoor enthusiasts.
Understanding of the Gorpcore trend and community needs.
