Part Time Finance & Administration Manager.
We have a fantastic opportunity for the above role to join our small and friendly team, that we are looking to bring on board in the next 1 - 2 weeks. The position is a part time role currently scheduled are school hours, Monday - Friday, however there is flexibility on this for the correct candidate.
This is a position with the flexibility for somebody to make the role there own with a large amount of autonomy.
Duties:
· Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in various databases and systems.
· Assist with clerical tasks, such as filing documents, photocopying, and scanning.
· Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
· Follows up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate.
· Creating customer reports.
· Answers general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers.
· Processes expenses and invoices.
· Files and archives accurate records.
· Contacting suppliers in relation to obtaining quotes.
· Chasing overdue invoices.
· Administrate office & vehicle insurance contracts.
· Administrate HR requirements.
· Monitors training material and confirms it's all up to date.
· Arranges travel and accommodation plans for executives when required.
· Organises and audits the company's systems, databases, and procedures when required.
· Supporting senior staff with general admin tasks as required.
Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
· SAGE Accounts Experience is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Ability to Maintain Strict Confidentiality.
· Good Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written.
