Pay rate: £14.50 per hour
Shifts: 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am (discussable)
Guaranteed and permanent 36 hours per week
We are looking for a female Support Worker to be part of one person’s journey to live life their way in Exeter. They love music, social media, shopping trips, and exploring new places. You will need to be local to Exeter, able to drive their car, and hold a full UK licence.
Responsibilities
You’ll provide 2:1 (sometimes 1:1) support, both at home and in the community, helping with meaningful activities and keeping their home comfortable. Building trust through clear, respectful communication will be key.
Support will include 2:1 (and sometimes 1:1) assistance and enabling a person to do more of what they enjoy, working to promote independence and wellbeing.
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone empathetic, patient, and flexible, ideally with experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that can be seen as challenging, mental health needs, or brain injury.
