Job responsibilities 1. Handling all incoming calls to the practice ensuring appointments are allocated in line with Practice protocols. 2. Act as Care Navigator, signposting patients to appropriate services. 3. Carry out administration duties. 4. Act as first point of contact for patients compliments and complaints, resolving issues where possible to prevent escalation to formal processes. 5. Maintain a welcoming reception and waiting area environment. 6. Provide initial support to patients accessing the practice. 7. Support clinicians in liaising with patients regarding appointments and general enquiries. 8. Liaise with other healthcare providers to support patient care.
