About the Role As a Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality residential care for children and young people with Learning Disabilities, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment, ensuring effective service delivery and positive development for those in your care.
