We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Project/Business Analyst to join the Markets Transformation team. This role supports a global, multi-year initiative to modernize Futures and OTC Clearing platforms. You'll work with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and the Business to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and control. This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise in derivatives clearing within a high-impact change program.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver transformation projects across Futures and OTC Clearing Operations.
Create and manage project documentation (charters, requirements, plans, risk logs).
Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Track progress, manage risks, and report to senior stakeholders.
Support process improvement and re-engineering initiatives.
Prepare presentations and updates for senior management.
Provide evidence of milestone completion to global program leads.
Promote change management and continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria
3-5 years' experience in Operations, ideally in financial services.
Strong project management and business analysis skills (Agile & Waterfall).
Knowledge of ETD and OTC clearing; regulatory reporting is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
