We're looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support a busy purchasing team on a 3-month temporary assignment, with potential to go permanent for the right person. Key Responsibilities Raise and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and delivery. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support smooth and efficient transactions. Handle order changes, issue resolution, and data updates within the ERP system. Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and procedures. Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and analyse data. Accurately close down system orders and maintain clear documentation.
