Role: Manage the Building, raise repairs, H&S of the whole scheme grounds & Building as in compliance (fire alarm testing ) etc. monitoring residents unobtrusively, not a care role but need to have people skills, experience with age group would help. The JD attached is the one that we would use for a permanent manager but will give an idea of the tasks. Hours: 5hrs per day, 3 days a week for 15hrs. Prefer Monday, Wednesday and Friday but negotiable.
