We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our established team within the Wound Innovation Institute at the University of Hull. This exciting new role will support the smooth day-to-day running of the Institute and provide administrative support to senior Professional Services Staff and academics working within the team. The Institute currently operates across two sites: the Daisy Building, Castle Hill hospital and the University campus and therefore travel between the two may be required. The post holder will undertake a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support the effective running of the Institute across both sites, reporting into the Finance and Operations Officer.

Responsibilities
* Monitor the Institute mailbox and provide timely, professional responses as required.
* Welcome visitors and manage front-of-house duties as part of the Institute team.
* Manage office supplies, handle incoming mail and deliveries, and place orders for goods and services.
* Diary management, arrange meetings and travel arrangements, and provide minute-taking support where required.
* Work closely with senior Professional Services staff and academics to ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day activities across the Institute.
Reporting and Working Arrangements
Reporting into the Finance and Operations Officer, the post holder will undertake a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support the Institute across both sites.
