- Building Services Location: London (Mobile Role) Salary: Competitive (Up to £50,000 depending on experience) Van & Fuel Card Hours: Monday to Friday A leading building services and facilities maintenance company is seeking an experienced Pump Engineer to join their mobile engineering team, covering London and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for a skilled engineer with strong experience in pump maintenance, servicing, and repair within commercial building environments.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of pumps and associated equipment Diagnose and repair faults on booster sets, sump pumps, pressurisation units, and circulation pumps Conduct servicing, installation, and replacement of mechanical pump components Inspect and maintain plant rooms and associated mechanical systems Work within commercial properties ensuring all systems run efficiently and reliably Complete all required paperwork, service reports, and compliance documentation Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company and site procedures Liaise with clients and site teams professionally to ensure excellent service delivery Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience working as a Pump Engineer within building services or facilities management essential Sound mechanical knowledge including pipework, valves, and water systems Familiarity with booster sets, pressurisation units, and sump pumps Mechanical or plumbing qualifications (e.g.
