Property Manager
I am looking for an experienced Property Manager to join my clients family-run, independent agencies team, based in Ilkeston, DE7.
In the role you will be required to deal with maintenance issues, scheduling repairs; ensuring you are working with tenants and landlords closely and ensuring the smooth day to day running of your property portfolio. You will also be required to conduct property inspections and ensuring all properties are compliant with current laws.

The role is suited to experienced Property Managers, Lettings Managers, Property Administrators or Lettings Administrators.
About the role:
* Booking and conducting property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
* Liaising with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
* Resolving rental arrears
* Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing complaints
* Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
Hours & Pay:
* Basic salary around £30,000 - dependent on experience
* Competitive bonus scheme
* Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm
* Saturday 9am – 3pm (Saturday working on a rota)
* 28 days holiday

About you:
* Proven Lettings Administration, Property Administration, Lettings Management or Property Management experience is essential - ideally 2-years
* Exceptional Customer Service
* Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle - essential
* Self-motivated
* Ability to work under your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multi-task
