- Maintain a limited caseload of social work cases meeting statutory obligations when applicable.

- Create resources, guidance documents, and toolkits to bolster social work practice.
- Collaborate closely with managers, HR, training teams, and partner agencies ensuring cohesive operations.
- Monitor and report on workforce development results including staff performance and engagement.
