We’re hiring a Mechanical Technician to lead maintenance activity, reduce downtime, and support a strong continuous improvement culture.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading planned & preventative mechanical maintenance
* Fault finding on production line equipment (MUST have experience working on production lines)
* Working on automated systems, hydraulics & rotating equipment
* Coaching and supporting fellow technicians
* Managing maintenance tasks through CMMS (SAP)
* Driving safety, reliability, and KPI improvements
What we’re looking for:
* Time-served mechanical engineer (NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship)
* Proven experience in manufacturing / FMCG / heavy industry
* MUST have worked on production lines in a maintenance capacity
* SAP experience and continuous improvement mindset
