Elliott Scott is partnering with an iconic market leading brand as they look to further build out their HR capability, following growth within their Commercial and Marketing client group. Summary of the role and key responsibilities

* Act as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors and senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to align people strategies and business objectives.
* Build strong relationships across the team to understand key challenges and provide effective HR solutions and advice on workforce planning, talent development and performance.
* Influence and support senior stakeholders in decision-making on people-related matters.
* Drive employee engagement and performance, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Lead and support organisational organisational change initiatives, mitigating risks, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining engagement during periods of transformation.
* Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, working with CoEs to deliver impactful surveys and action plans.
* Lead on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.



Key skills required

* 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Business Partner.
* Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders to deliver business-aligned HR solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR guidance while delivering hands-on operational support.
* Experience within a creative or luxury industry and experience supporting commercial and marketing teams is preferred.
