Were looking for a Repairs Estimator to join our Scotland-based team. Youll play a key role in identifying, quoting, and winning chargeable repair work, while building strong relationships with our valued clients.
What Youll Do
* Review maintenance reports and engineer notes to identify repair opportunities.
* Create accurate, timely quotations for repairs and insurance requests.
* Follow up with clients to ensure quotes are received and understood.
* Convert quotes into orders by building trust and offering solutions.
* Support admin tasks in the regional service office, including handling calls.
