My client, who are a thriving business, are seeking a Senior Customer Service professional to join their Customer Success team as a Customer Experience Executive.

Customer Experience Executive - Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing an aftercare service, and making sure customer needs are met by offering additional coaching, training, and guidance throughout.
* Answering customer queries and escalating as necessary to the appropriate department
* Proactively suggest improvements and solutions to customers
* Update the CRM system with customer feedback and information
* Liaise regularly with customers to ensure they are getting full optimization of the software
* Build long-term relationships with customers
* Develop business plans with customers for the long term
Customer Success Executive - The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
* Excellent client care skills
* Professional communication skills
* Ability to manage relationships
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Able to prioritize workload
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* IT Literate - Microsoft Office
* Technically minded with an interest in IT (advantageous)
You must be able to drive and have transport to be considered for this role.
